Samurai Champloo - Anime
I have 8 episodes, 1-and-a-bit-gigs worth, and never got around to watching it until today. It's like Ninja Scroll made for 8ball, with cool design on the titles, hip-hop theme song, and medieval dudes with ninja swords busting backspins mid-swordfight. The story is good but they are careful to deliver gratuitous violence and mayhem. They use a handheld camera look and some other cool devices to help make this my new favourite anime.

Top Gear has finished for the year so that gives me an hour a week to watch somehting else.

There's even gratuitous use of black outline around characters. Stylistically it's awesome. Fortunately it also rocks like a series of the Ninja Scroll feature standard, with better developed main characters and a good sense of humour. Humour, violence, humour, violence.
Oh also if you didn't get my drift, I need a copy of this shit.
