Metamorphosis Alpha new edition coming early 2010 with D&D 4e ruleset.

The first sci fi rpg. That's right, pre-Gamma World.
It's similar, but you wake up on a giant spaceship -
really just a dungeon crawl game with robots and laser swords.

So what does that mean to you and I?
Well, at my house it means Gamma World 4e.
Sound too obscure and dorky?

Sure, right up until the moment you roll up your first
12 foot walking oak tree with arms, toting an anti-aircraft gun
like it's a rifle, with a giant psionic centipede for a sidekick,
and you face your first ambush, through the ground, of
anthropoid mutant cockroaches with flamethrowers, grenades
and rectal gas special attack.

Giant cyclopian mutant chicken bushrangers will gnaw your bones.
Shit is about to get ugly
