Star Wars books

Yo! Nerds!

Who's read some Star Wars books?
If you, or anyone you know has sunk into this pit of nerdity I'd like to know which ones are worth reading.

Tell me, now.

Oh dude. No.

Mind you picked up a way dork book at the library, hesitated, and put it back down.

It was a Rorgotten Realms (D&D) novel by RA SAlvatore about a drow guy kicking ass and taking names... Couldn't bring myself to take that step.

I'm not proud... but I've read some Star Wars books...

They're shit

The ones for the movies are just like reading a 200 page synopsis of the movie & don't really offer anything

The other ones I've read are just corny with really lame tie backs to movie characters (Han Solo spends ALOT of time in a ALOT of space bars apparently)

I think I have 'Splinter of the Minds Eye' which from memory is set aroudn the Empire Strikes Back time & I have another one which is a side story to Empire, the story of the other Bounty Munters that go out looking for Han Solo & the adventures they have being 2 bit characters in a space opera.

If I'd seen this I would have sent them over with Con.. I can post if you want, it's problaby best they're the fuck out of my house
