A rigorous diet of beer and barbequed meat has restored my functions to their former glory. It was a close call, I was backed up to the neck up until shortly before tea last night.
To clarify, I had plane-food induced diahorreah, but it constipated on top of that, so I was packed tightly with foam and couldn't pass it.
I hope that's clearer now, any questions fire away.
