I went in for the metal, and somehow came out holding a 1st edition Player Handbook and a character sheet for a 4th level lesbian half-orc
I fell for it, and I'm stupid enough to admit it.
After discovering the 'history' of the band and working my way through 6 (six!!) pages of pure literary genius, the trials and tribulations of "The Templar World Crusade" have driven me to eat my young (see earlier posts) and throw myself out of my 9th storey Sydney apartment.

Dude we know BoltThrower, I raised Skeffen on a steady diet of Boltthrower and slaps to the side of the head, and Eightball excretes bolts and then throws them.
But I have to correct you on one point: they are not sad, they are gods. I had a signed "Spearhead Australian Tour" poster from when I MET THEM which I only threw out a few months ago when I realised nobody would ever be impressed by it. I have 'Warmaster', their best album and an alltime death metal classic.
Apparently they used to sell Games Workshop gear at their early gigs, and the first album had a full page ad in White Dwarf magazine. Whoah.
You threw out a boltthrower poster because you thought noone would be impressed. Dude - everyone here would have been impressed.
I also think an army of burning schoolgirls would sound really cool.
